And for the follow up questions.
When you purchase either Ship Intelligence or Ship System, do you need to specify a particular role it covers (engineer, gunner, sensor ops) or can it be switched from round to round?

Crew Positions

Hi all,
When a ship with Ship Intelligence or the Ship System feature is used in the place of a crew member, for example let's say the gunner is knocked out, does it benefit from the Captain's Order Phase? Would it get the bonus if the captain chooses the Attack! command?

Hi,
There's a chart on the next page that indicates 1 or 2 sixes rolled count as limited success while 3+ is a critical. As I understand it, that means it operates slightly different from the combat rules in that you only need 3 sixes total.
