Re: Specialist skills

Jack of all Trades is the Talent. You have to have three other Talents first, however.

Re: mother and son mutants in Zone Sector 2 Denizens of the Sinkhole

Hi!

Yes, the Denizens of the Sinkhole sector does have some elements that are a little hard to square with the MYZ metaplot. Fixing this and updating the PDF is on our todo-list. :)
Thanks Tomas.

Re: mother and son mutants in Zone Sector 2 Denizens of the Sinkhole

I didn't want the PCs to easily learn how to overcome the baby problem by asking her. So I came up with a different solution.

I think my point is, I wasn't prepared for the question and the PDF didn't have a warning that a player might ask her how to overcome the no children problem.

mother and son mutants in Zone Sector 2 Denizens of the Sinkhole

SPOILERS In the PDF Zone Sector 2 Denizens of the Sinkhole Kana Ohori is described as elderly and has a son, Petel. However, she has mutations. Also, Fered Ohori is described as being middle aged. Also has mutations. These two people and especially the mother/son relationship seems to directly contr...

Re: Vehicle Issues

See page 95 in the rulebook. There is a section on damage to vehicles.

Re: Do the mutants eat together in the Ark?

The way we started is everyone is used to the way the Elder used to run it (everyone gets food and water so they eat together). We've only played once and they built up food, but this system of everyone eating and having water is breaking down. So community meals may soon be out.

Re: falling, drowning, and burning

Here's what I plan to use, combining Mutant: Year Zero and Coriolis rules. DROWNING  If you are underwater (by choice or not), the GM rolls basic attack dice, at your turn in the turn order and before you get to act, as an opposed roll against your Endure roll. He rolls a number of dice equal to dou...

Re: falling, drowning, and burning

I'm not sure drowning will work, as you could just continue to hold your breathe forever.

Re: falling, drowning, and burning

Thanks. Dead Blue Sea has drowning and Coriolis has falling which you listed.

falling, drowning, and burning

The rules don't seem to cover falling damage, drowning, and burning. The rotfish has a short section on drowning but it is very basic.

Am I missing something? I plan to use the rules in Coriolis but it seems weird if MY0 doesn't have these rules.
