Re: Hate

I've never understood this adversarial approach to being a GM. Though I have switched to a more open style of Gming in recent years. The players can see the rolls I make in The One Ring. Getting a few eyebrows raised at the amount of 3 dice attacks coming their way from my players. I haven't used Ha...

Re: When will new PDF be available?

I was wondering about the other PDFs we are waiting for - Lifepaths, Strider Mode and Wilderland Cultures.

I guess it must be some king of editing bottleneck maybe...

So any feedback anyone?

Would people use these?
Any more glaring issues?

Re: Selling Magical items

Who is going to buy these treasures?

Weird gold economy is always going to be a headache to think about.

Re: Suggestion for Ruins of the Lost Realm publication

I'll do it for a couple of quid :D

Good point.

Re: Prolonged rest and fatigue point restoration

Being in danger doesn't cause fatigue - travelling does. But you do whatever works for you. I meant in a 'real' world situation, as I'm pretty sure you understood. Not being able to rest safe and sound has a draining effect on a person's reserves. The fatigue rules are some of my favourite rules.

Re: Prolonged rest and fatigue point restoration

Being in danger all the time of even feeling in danger all the time IS going to cause fatigue. This is going to be hard to shrug off until you feel safe.

Re: New Rewards

This is my new take on the issues raised by Harlath. 'These might make good rewards in 2e, similar to the Archet Bow in the core rulebook.' This is a very good idea. Having them be tied to a cultural gift type mechanic would certainly bring them back closer to their Cultural Rewards heritage. Not ev...
