Very nice, I love it. I really like that its attacks incurs Corruption on a hit. Seems like a quite challenging monster, but that's thematically in-line with Symbaroum :)

I really like that feature! It encourages tactical thinking and can be a huge game-changer in combat. But I'm wondering whether it should have limited use (e.g. you can do this a number of times equal to your Charisma modifier per long rest)? It also reminds me of one of the Battle Master's manoeuvr...

A pain/Wound threshold could work in the 5e version, or even something additional triggered on a crit, with consequences like a small risk of dropping to zero hit points, stunned, or knock down etc. There’s an equivalent system shock rule in the DMG, but it’s very much tied to the high heroic curve...
