EXPLOSIONS: The blast rating of any explosive used under-ground is increased by one step (e.g., A to B or B to C).

I think the examples are wrong and they should be "D to C or C to B", right?

For those future people who see this and wonder what the answer is (Hi future people!) it turns out "MFL" is Swedish for approximately "everywhere else" and yes, that means they do ship to New Zealand

We've gotten new file versions for the Player's Manuarl, the Referee's Manual and Urban Operations over the last days.

We did? I backed it from Kickstarter and got the metal box, but I haven't seen anything about this - where do I go to grab these?
