Re: Group moral.

I've assumed that "Line of Sight" meant that the person rolling a CUF check is aware of an ally in reasonably close proximity. They don't need to be specifically looking at their ally and the ally can be hidden but the person rolling has to be aware of them.

Re: T2k Support and Publishing Plans

Hello everyone! Sorry, I meant to reply sooner here. The work with Urban Operations is proceeding and nearing the finish line. The module has grown since we first envisioned it and we needed to make some revisions, which have take more time than planned. We plan to launch a pre-order, but only afte...

RPKs and the Ranged Combat skill

According to the rules, the RPK and the RPK-74 are LMGs and therefore require the Heavy Weapons skill to use whereas AKMs and AK-74s are Assault Rifles and therefore use the Ranged Combat skill. This seems a little arbitrary to me as a GM, though I have never fired either of them in real life. There...

Re: Destruction of items

Players Manual, p86: "Scavenging Parts". That's really for turning a damaged vehicle into spare parts rather than resolving whether items stored in the vehicle (like the occupants' backpacks or other items in the cargo space) are damaged or destroyed (my apologies if I wasn't clear enough...

Destruction of items

Are there any rules or guidelines in 4e for which items have survived if a vehicle had been destroyed? Obviously that's dependent on exactly how the vehicle was destroyed and what items are present in the vehicle but I wondered if there were any rules anywhere to act as a guideline? Thanks for any h...

Re: Ammo spent

I think that Andresk sums it up well. Ammo dice represent firing more rounds at your target(s) in an "attack" and some of them will hit and some of them will miss. It's not about calculating the hit chance of every single round individually. This works mechanically in the game and is produ...
