Personally I find that having a physical copy of the Referee's screen is extremely useful when I'm running my campaign via a VTT - I have enough on my monitors already so I use the screen as a quick reference guide and it's very useful.
Related to this, I find that my players almost always push their rolls if they haven't rolled a 1 on their initial dice roll. Is that other GM's experience of how players behave?
