Well it's August 22 already and no shipping notice yet. I've only briefly glanced at my pdf since I much prefer the hard copy. Hopefully it will come soon, but we've got a couple other adventures in the Bree area before we venture further afield anyhow.
Well, we can't stand the ToR rules and have been playing this game using White Box so I can't see much issue with converting it to 5e. I think it depends on exactly what people want from their Middle Earth Roleplaying experience. We just want to game in Middle Earth. I don't need a bunch of gimmicky...
I believe Tomas said in the latest video update that the pdf material might be available in print at some future date. That would be great! I really dislike pdfs. Actually I'm in the opposite camp. While the books themselves look okay, the rules look awful. Can't see my players enjoying this convoluted mess of a game. So at best we'll convert it to a system we actually know and like. Otherwise, I may just flip the books once they arrive, which is getting fur...
