Re: How many actions are required for drawing 2 weapons (or shield and weapon)?

Good news is that unless it’s a buckler you can hang from a belt, there’s really no such thing as “drawing a shield”. You’re always carrying that bad boy around on your arm anyway. Contrary to video games shields don’t make good backpacks. Shield can be hanging from backpack, hook on the waist/back...

Re: Demon Attacks

Demons do use the Monster Attacks d6 table. Just make sure those three attacks you've rolled are included in the table.

Re: MIGHT rolls for Monsters

Per the book, a monster's Strength value is never actually reduced, but only serves as a number of hits the creature can sustain before being Broken. So in your case, a MIGHT roll is made by using the monster's initial Strength value, even if its current is below that.

Does the map have roads?

In our last online session, I had the map zoomed in and noticed some thin, white lines stretching out from village to village. Here's a sample image: https://i.ibb.co/F3STYBX/FL-Hex-Map-detail.jpg Could someone interpret them as roads or paths? What's more interesting, some of them even cross rivers...

Re: Weatherstone - interior floorplan maps?

To me, the lack of such interior maps seems intentionally vague, so you can fire up your OSR skills. That being said, there are adventure sites where a dungeon map is fully detailed (Bright Vault comes to mind). Michael's got brilliant suggestions, I must say; I've used watabou's instant dungeon man...

Re: A way to bring Pride forward

I was under the impression that Pride and Dark Secret work exactly as you state. You can use Pride pretty much in every situation related to your, well, pride. And a Dark Secret's XP award comes into play when you present the adventurer with that problem or create an unexpected complication that mak...

Re: Rewriting Talents for combat with cards

Hey, that's interesting. I am thinking in terms of "spend a WP before your opponent makes an attack; you can decide whether to dodge/parry the attack after the roll has been made", which I don't know how powerful it can be. Maybe at rank 3? I also like Champion's Path of the Fate as a subs...

Learning Talents and Pushing a Wits roll

Do you allow players to push their wits roll when attempting to learn a new talent?
I can see pushing the roll being abused while in a village, since the adventurers can immediately rest/sleep to heal up any loss of attributes, then attempt again.

Re: When and how to increase reputation

Take for example the 11-13 result on Magic Mishaps table, where someone witnesses your casting a spell and tells others, thus raising your reputation. You might need to have a moment and think how this could happen when the party is adventuring somewhere remote.
