Can one combine normal copyright of a game text and still refer to the FTL?

Hello! I'm planning on releasing a game text of about 80-100 A4 pages. It will not copy any text verbatim from the SRD, but many ideas will be based on it. I'm planning to print and publish the book as a publisher would, and am considering putting a normal (c) copyright on the product. Is it still g...

Re: In regards to the OGL

Seconding this!
As someone planning to release a Year Zero game under the OGL license, I think this is a good time for FL to reconsider using another framework for licensing the core rules (for instance Creative Commons).

Is it possible to have a 3rd party license (see Mörk Borg) for an OGL-based game?

Hello! I'm creating a sci-fi game based upon the OGL, and would like to open it up for other creators to write their own supplements for it. It would be nice to include a third party license like https://morkborg.com/license/. I understand that I need to publish my game using the OGL license, and sp...

Trying to understand push rolls: so players know that an item will be broken?

Hi, I am new to the Forbidden lands, am reading up on the rules now.

Is it correct that if a player fails a dice roll - and using an item with 1 die bonus that comes up a one - she knows that if she pushes the roll the item WILL be broken?

Thanks for any clarification.
