Re: Looking for Ost-in-Edhil

Who do you think could become Nazgul in the characters of Rings Of Power ... it could be the central character of the 3rd season ... I have an idea about it ... I have 2 characters in mind who could evolve in this direction ... I sincerely think that THEO, Bronwyn's son, has a dark destiny ahead of...

Re: What Books Might Come after Moria?

Just to note - in yesterday's FL video, which was mostly an interview with the Two Little Mice folks, Tomas did reply briefly to a question about TOR releases. They'll be announcing a new book very shortly, but no detail about what it is. . Yeah, I caught the livestream and it was actually my quest...

Re: Looking for Ost-in-Edhil

Well, if they intend to follow through with the Drowning of Numenor storyline which they've already hinted at, Season 3 ought to be Sauron's deception of Ar-Pharazon. . There needs to be build-up to Sauron's capture, though; it seems more like a Season 4 story line. Before that, he needs to be set ...

Re: What Books Might Come after Moria?

There is the interview that Falenthal cited in September, but he did not post a link to it nor state where it appeared.
I think it is this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-fNLqVrdNC8
.
Oh, I've actually seen that interview. Thanks!

Re: What Books Might Come after Moria?

Are there any recent interviews or news concerning TOR? It feels FL is focusing on other lines at the moment since Moria came out.

Re: What Books Might Come after Moria?

I’m very excited about this news! And very grateful that Free League had found the way to cover Lindon in a source book at last… Thanks!!! . Here are some of my own notes from my "TOR Guide to the Lands of Lindon" homebrew: . Lindon extends across nearly the entire length of the Blue Moun...

Re: What Books Might Come after Moria?

Yes, O-S, you were the leading example I had in mind when I posted that there were several people who are keen on Lindon! (I always onsider your comments to be of the highest value when Lindon is mentioned because of what you have already produced across the forums etc over many years.) I get the v...

Re: What Books Might Come after Moria?

So, I read today, on the DISCORD, that the probable next TOR2e book has a title "Realms of the Three Rings". Am I correct to surmise that suggests 1. Rivendell (Elrond's Ring) 2. Lothlorien (Galadriel's Ring) 3. Lindon (Cirdan's Ring, which by the time of LOTR, was actually with Gandalf) ...

Re: A Tale of Years for Peter Jackson's Third Age

Yes, but... couldn't they just have asked someone? I mean, who would dare not replying to them! :)
.
That's pretty much my own issue, especially when it took the Riders less than a week to locate the Shire in Tolkien's own timeline.

Re: A Tale of Years for Peter Jackson's Third Age

Hey O-S, I just noticed something: You put the Ringwraiths crossing the river Isen on September 17 of 3001, but movie Saruman clearly states they "crossed the River Isen on Midsummer's eve, dressed as riders in black". . Good catch! I borrowed the date from Tolkien and did not check it ag...
