True and I thought the same but... I read the campaign and one npc could transform into a flock. So I was wondering if really not possible (cool anyway).

It happened once with one player. He broke himself and, yes, he was a bit frustrated. But it was once in a couple of games we had. I remember a pathfinder game in which one player rolled a lot of 3 on a d20. Shit happens, but i understand that it is not pleasant. :-(

I usually permit help only if the helpers have at least rank 1 in the skill. And of course they have to explain how the character is helping. For some skills, they don't need to have one rank, like melee (but they never use it in combat).
