Thank you for sharing the document, i agree on almost everything, in fact i am trying to find a consitent and straightforward conversion system for osr Monsters, i feel the ones on the gamemaster's manual are too few, and i'd like to incorporate some cool ones i have in the many Monster manuals i own!
