Yes, but I use a house rule. I assign the actions a point value (which is kind of happening in the background of the mechanics anyway and functions like coriolis). That is not generally something you, the gm, should be doing though. The players cannot fail forward and the story has nowhere to go if npcs are just executing them mid fight.

Covenant is fine when taken entirely on it's own. It just ruins everything else. Somehow in 18 years (thats right. There is only 18 years between the events of Covenant and Alien) David has to manufacture the part of their biology that results in queens, get ANOTHER Engineer ship infected, have it ...

You basically have 3 things going on. 1) is the attribute damage. Strength is depleted and needs to be raised some how so they they even have a chance to cope with the disease. 2) They have a critical injury. That critical injury and it's effects take time to heal. So for the first part. Yeah, they will die if they cannot resist the disease. Ruptered intestines are incredibly lethal with todays medicine. But lets say they recieve some magical healing or a whatever and recover some strength. Then the critical injury takes 2d6 days to heal. Which means they shou...

If you check out the art Accelerator weapons are much larger and thus much harder to conceal on your person. Many areas don't allow people to walk around fully armed. Maybe allowing a side arm?
