You could so some snapshots of events from Loop, Flood Electric State, and finally Labyrinth in an over-arching story where the world changes but people find ways to carry on. Well with Labyrinth, as the setting that the surface is so toxic and everyone lives underground you could mix Mutant Year Zero Elysium with Things From The Flood to sort of get there? The strength of Labyrinth, besides the art, is the personal story being told.

Well, "dix huit" is French for 18, but it also sounds like dick suit when reading it in English. I have no useful information for you other than the image of Jared Leto surrounding himself with 18 dick suits. Enjoy.

There's a lot of great homebrew content for Alien RPG out there, and a while back I was planning on making something and sharing but life had other ideas for me, so it remained unfinished. I later just shared it "as is", campaign prompt notes but also made a public copy of it on Google Doc...

Personally, "attuning" to something that is clearly a consumable (wether by drinking or washing/pouring over) doesn't make sense, so I'd change that. I think you're right about the legendary vs uncommon status though.
