Something between Things From The Flood and Vaesen in terms of Physical and Mental conditions, perhaps Scars will be included? So -1 to dice rolls per condition on either ( Strength & Agility for Physical conditions, or Empathy & Wits for Mental conditions)

Trolls and Ogres do get more HP though, thanks to their Tough Skin trait. Then why not give goblins d8, roll twice and take lower result? It's the same thing, reversed. I think the stats that you’re thinking over the back of the PHB are common animals that might be used as summons or pets or beast companions things like that not necessarily for GM use so much as for player use as familiars or what have you
