Re: Aslenes in the Forbidden Lands

I also thought about that. The Quards actually settled down to become farmers and to build houses and settlements. The Galdanes are used to their old nomadic behavior. Maybe they were forced to settle down when the Blood Mist came? Right were they placed their tents for the last time. With the vanis...

Re: How much silver/gold do you give to your players?

My group makes almost no money - just what they can scavenge or trade. Sometimes they find a nice piece of old jewelry that they can sell for a few silver coins, but that's it. Pretty much like my players. I rely quite a bit on the generators and so far.... they’re not wealthy. It’s quite some time...

How much silver/gold do you give to your players?

I am just curious how much money you give to your adventurers per session/adventure site. I don't know if I am too stingy or generous :).

Re: The race for Stanengist and the artefacts

My current game is homebrew mix with adventure sites from The Spire of Quetzel. But the principle I use for the adventure locations and the artefacts are the same - legends. Each has nice story that I try to provide to the players in one way or another, depending where they go and with whom they sp...

The race for Stanengist and the artefacts

Hey, so my players are slowly getting an idea about the danger of the Protonexus/Zytera and the importance of the Stanengist crown and the stones. There are a lot of key players who are after the crown and the artefacts/stones - so I just wondered how they are supposed to search for them. No one kno...

Re: Pushing Opposed Rolls

Thanks for the quick answer! How do you handle pushing the dice in such a situation? Does the attacker have to declare his push before the defender does? Or can attacker and defender freely decide to push?

What about doding and parrying? Can you push these actions too?

Imagery for the Well of Tears

Hey, I thought you might enjoy two pictures I found for the Well of Tears. My players will find them in the documents of a wizard who tried to study the demons and their world. I think they are a great hint to the story around the Well of Tears - with Scrome and his split personality. I'll give thes...

Re: Friendly NPCs in Combat

Most of the time I just describe what the NPC's are doing during combat, and I take away some of the enemies the players would face otherwise. I am not a big fan of all these additional rolls - they can become quite boring for the players if you have a lot of other NPCs involved.
