Re: Vulcan Carbine vs Accelerator Rifle and normal + quick vs automatic fire

so we decided to make a rule that Vulcans can have different types of ammo like "homing ammo" which the Martyr Commandos use in Emissary Lost which gives you a +2. Acc-weapons can not. Ammo options for Vulcan weapons are an interesting point I hadn't really considered. The thing is: even ...

Vulcan Carbine vs Accelerator Rifle and normal + quick vs automatic fire

Hi fellow GMs, in my group I have one of the pesky Power Gamers / Min-Maxers / whatever you like to call them. If possible he uses accelerator weapons and always does a normal plus a quick shot during combat. That makes for rather boring combat. Thing is, after having done the calculations myself I ...

Using of Coriolis material in tools like World Anvil

Hi,

can anyone tell me if coriolis material, i.e. content of the rulebooks etc. may be used in online tools such as World Anvil (for non-commercial use, meaning for me and my friends)? If yes, under which conditions?

XP and your icon

In the rules about XP say that you get 1 XP if you can answer "Did you act in accordance with your icon?" with 'yes'. How does this work? Say, a PC rolled the Faceless to be his/her icon. Should the PC then use infiltration or mystic powers because that is for what you pray to the Faceless...

Re: Stun Gun Question

To be honest, the way stun guns work seems pretty OP and also somewhat non-sensical to me. The fact that MPs are WIT + EMP means, that e.g. soldiers or strong creatures are much more affected than weak but smart and emphatic characters. It doesn't help that stress ignores armour... As an example, my...

Challenge Rating

Hi, I'm a total Coriolis noob, so maybe I just didn't see it. Is there anything like the Challenge Rating (CR) in D&D for NPCs or creatures? Say I want to let my party fight against a troop of soldiers. For instance, take the Terenganu Valley scenario in the rulebook. At some point the special a...
