Scrap weight

Does scrap from scrap table weights anything or you count them as tiny items?
Maybe your gearheads in the Zone just have all the stuff he needs, or there he needs something like one "generic scrap" item to build something?

Long Night was maybe 50 years long According to a timeline at p. 24 of Atlas Compendium, Long Night has started at -99 CC.
