Re: Latest Rulebook.

Hello,
I also have a question about the rules.
It is written in the rulebook that at the end of a round if the king takes a fourth age token, the player may remove a trait from his trait-bag.
Is it also true when the king takes a fourth age token due to an event on an action card ?
Yes.

Re: Throwing melee weapons

The idea is that these are separate weapons - a throwing knife is weighed differently from a regular knife etc. But sure, I see no problem allowing a player to throw a short spear should they want to. :)

Re: Latest Rulebook.

Does anybody have any interpretations on the more vague parts of the latest rulebook? Namely, the latest rulebook still mentions at the beginning that pious traits count as points. However, they aren’t mentioned during the scoring section. It says you can make multiple build actions with a single b...

Re: Problems in the PDF under IOS and MacOS

Hi First of all great job on Coriolis, best sci-fi RPG experience since traveller in the 70s :) I missed the Kickstarter (dammit) but have since bought all the hard copy I can from Modiphius, and it’s beautifully produced. I rely on the pdfs on my iPad for daily use though and several of them are u...

Re: Path of the Shield clarification

I find the rules for path of the shield a bit unclear. The way I envision it the gm is declaring his attack against a player. The fighter with path of the shield uses his saved action and wp to use path of the shield to “parry his attack for him”. I would think since the original attack was made ag...

Re: Errata for published game

When you take a critical injury to wits you roll on the "mental trauma" table (p. 108). Same if you roll 52-55 for magical mishaps (p. 119). But there is no such table. The separate section for being broken (p. 107) refers to the critical injury table for "horror", which is the actual name of the t...

Re: Can you push Dodge and Parry?

You can push those rolls because they are reaction rolls not opposed rolls in that sense. In a normal opposed roll, the "defender" is passive, he spends no action doing so, so he can't push his roll either. In combat, the defender do spend an action dodging or parrying. He is also active. Is this s...
