Re: Theme in the book

I don't have the alpha pdf so I can't speak about that but according to the feedback thread, it is only the first six chapters that is included. If this book is written like pretty much all the other FL books, this means that pretty much only the rule chapters have been released. The setting chapter...

Re: Questions from our first session

Ok thanks. In regards to sneaking, how would you handle on party member wanting to sneak through dense brush to flank the enemies while the rest of the party engaged them head on if not by using the sneaking skill? By using one of the two variants of sneak attacks. 1) The sneaking PC declares that ...

Re: Questions from our first session

1. Can one dash and sneak at the same time? The common sense answer seems like no, but I can't find a reference in the rules that would prevent it. Dash is something you do in rounds and that means you are in combat. There is no sneak once combat have started. 2. Our scholar spent most of the first...

Re: Animal Crit values

Animal attacks are a variant of unarmed attack (crit 4, armour +3). This most often means that it will do normal damage only, no crits (bears have a higher chance of causing a crit). Not totally unrealistic. The animal attacks you until you go down and then it will kill you.

Re: Children as NPC/characters

I'm not so sure life paths are possible with kids. Technically you could make a character but you stop after childhood (no terms) and then go directly to At War and roll for other.

Re: Chases Rule Question

Let's say a pursuer catch up with the prey and ends at engaged at the end o both turns, the pursuer get at free and unavoidable attack? If the pursuer catches up with the prey so he at the end of round is at engage range with the prey he can do a hand-to-hand combat attack (or ramming if vehicle ch...

Re: Children as NPC/characters

There is a kid archetype that you can base the NPC on and there are some kids in the scenarios that you can use as inspiration.
