Yes, the rulebook say that you can't attack while prone (except for shove) but you can parry. Also, you can dodge which means that you don't have -2 to avoid getting prone while dodging, because you are already prone.

Fiery Angels was a pre-order, it was not a kickstarter release. The pre-order didn't include codes for Foundry VTT. FL don't do "bundles" anymore due to it was a minor hell to handle. They instead have a 20% discount if you order for 1000 kr of more.
