Anyone have an ETA for when the PDFs might be available for those of us who pre-ordered?

A book on colonist and explorers would be cool, as would one dealing with the whole space trucker-cargo hauling industry. My players are basically space truckers.

Not sure if this was asked before or not. One of my players on the weekend asked me about raising his stats with XP. I can find where you can raise skills and even buy new talents, but I didn't see anything for raising stats with XP. Did I miss it or are stats not raiseable?
