Just downloaded the updated pdf of the core rules, and the pdf bookmarks don't appear to be working, which makes navigating more difficult.

Last sentence page 037 you can also suffer penalties depending on how many subsequent tests you have failed Verb tense doesn't fit well with the word "subsequent". Either remove "subsequent" or change "have failed" to "fail"...or do both of those changes. Or ...
