Found it, thank you Sebastian!

Oh yeah that seems like a good one. Our frontline fighter mostly uses the Two-weapon attack combat task, seems easier to hit then using a Called Shot.

In our game everyone use called shots all the time, but they are at 5 skill ranks in weapons and added battle dice or mastery dice made the called shots successful most of the time. “Swift Stroke” will be missed by most of my players... Does it need to be balanced? A rich person can get killed by an orc as easily as poor or frugal one. For my group it hasn't come up much in play. Some are prosperous at the start, the rest got treasure and it all evened out.

Again, in my groups Called Shots were almost never used, since the chance to hit nothing is far too great, in comparison to hit normally or even get a 6 and do extra damage.
