The starter set comes with character sheets for characters from the show. Such as carol for example. Yet they are not anywhere in the one shot that is included with the starter set.

I decided not to include them as i coulsnt find a logical place for them without opening up a huge side quest.

I instead decided they may show up in a different adventure.

How did you include them?

They are alternative pregen characters that player can use if using pregen characters that is. If not, you can just use them as NPCs.
