Hi,
I have recently been in touch about the status of my pre-order of Building Better Worlds (I pre-ordered back in April 2023) - had a short exchange with a customer service person (via FreshDesk) but have not yet had an update about it. Given that it is now in stores, is there any chance someone can please look into this for me (I hate to post here as I know what has been going on recently), but was hoping for some information as to where it is up to.
