Where do I find the Crit Rating hills? What is it for?

What does "blast power" mean?

I have a doubt...
So, "Power of Explosion..."

1) It is the limit of the full, so that if it results 3 dice+2 in that means is it say if the grenade (or other "power of expelisone") at 6 away 5 dice, 12-> 4 dice, at 18->3, 24 ->2, 30 -> 1?

2) CRIT as you normal, in the sense that crit should be selected, and numbers for example critical 2 -> strondeta grenade: stuns+1+2? Or stuns+2?
