There doesn't seem to be any means to permanently dispel bound magic. The DISPEL spell merely interferes with the bound spell when it is triggered. Is this intentional? Pretty interesting if it is, but would also mean I can't invent this device with two separately bound effects:

• BIND MAGIC 2 of TELEPATHY. Trigger: The target touches the device. Effect: A thought is sent to the target.
• BIND MAGIC 1 of DISPEL. Trigger: SENSE MAGIC is cast on the device. Effect: The BIND TELEPATHY is undone.

I.e. the content of the message cannot be divined by anyone but the target person without permanently destroying the message.

Can this be solved somehow?
