But as you are getting better in a skill the chance that you have to push is getting smaller. And then you have to push nevertheless to collect WP. I think that there is something broken in the system - or I don’t understand the mechanism as well as I should ;)
I think that you should perhaps try the system before you declare it to be broken. :)

Many have expressed concern about this system, which quite natural as it departs from how most games handle "mana", but so far, all groups who have actually tested the Alpha have reported that the flow of WP works well.

Now, as for your specific concern that skilled PCs won't need to push rolls - I don't really see that, as the opposition and challenges they face will also be harder.
Ok, I will try it ;)
You correct as long as I don’t have played the game I don’t have a feeling for the mechanism. And that the system is broken was a joke ;)

No worries!

The rest of the English Alpha should be done and shared with you before the end of the coming week.

Can you confirm if stunts actually exist in FL, and if yes, do they work like in MY0?

There aren't Stunts in the rules as they would be included in the Combat chapter.

Sorry but I would like to get an official answer on this because as stated in the first post "The Alpha rules mention stunts on pages 39 and 41 but does not mention stunts again, either in the skills chapter, or in the combat chapter.  Will stunts be introduced in the game proper?"

Stunts are used for more than just combat in MY0 and the skill chapter that we have seems to be quite brief compared to MY0 and Coriolis, so stunts may or may not be a thing in FL, hence my question. If stunts are not a thing then it reduces the need to push rolls as it would be pointless to generate multiple successes as additional successes would be wasted.

I'd also like to see a definitive answer on this. I think there has to be some benefit to generating surplus successes for normal (non-combat) skill rolls. If nothing else, it will provide a bit more incentive for 'high level' characters to push.

Ah sure. Now I understand. It could bea chapter about stunts. Personally I don’t think so as there were no mentioning of stunts in the combat chapter. But perhaps you can use stunts for other actions but not with combat? An official answer would be appreciated.

I think it is a bad wording here. A leftover from MYZ. You can call the extra damage that you an cause for stunts but I don't think that's what people have in mind when they see the word stunt. The crafting chapter (not yet released Swedish or English) will for certainly have stunts, I imagine. I think they better re-phrase it.

Also, aritifact dice and pride dice have multiple successes, which would have limited effects if they cant be spent to do cool things with skills.
