Hello,
play tested a game of Tales from the Loop on the weekend and it played like a dream.
We had a great time, and the game promotes a very roll-playing rich session.
my players picked it up quickly, and the skills and character creation allowed for some very unique and detailed characters and NPCs out of the box. The town felt alive.
As a GM it was very each to user the questions to build in trouble and hooks to the Mystery based on their characters.
One thing that would really help players and GMS is a quick reference guide to attributes, skills, and common used mechanics in game. I mocked up something like what I think many would fine useful. If a companion sheet like this could go into the book for players to use along with character sheet, I think many would find it helpful.
