Re: Permanent injuries/death

That's a good idea-now that I have reread the rules i can see the ways to make critical injuries more detrimental to the pcs, along with making them want to avoid going down if they can help it.

Re: Permanent injuries/death

Looks like I missed the part where it said days not hours. with hours it seemed easy to walk it off, so I was a bit confused, days makes more sense!  The coup de grace would only apply to other elves/dwarves/exc right? not to monsters? it seems unfair to make it against enemies that are inherently e...

Re: Starting Willpower in a Session

I tested a Druid last night and during the first encounter I pushed the roll, my staff broke, and had to use my wp during that encounter to stay alive. But then from there on out I had no feasible way of getting any wp without putting myself in harms way. Here's the build I was using S:3 A:2 W:5 E: ...

Re: Shove

You could have given it a difficulty of minus 3 due to the size of his enemy. Otherwise they get all the dice vs a monster who should not be able to be shoved.

Re: Appropriate rewards for adventures?

If any of you have been running as a dm what have you given as rewards? I was going to give like slightly better armor, weapons, or enchanted items similarly enchanted as the sword for the one adventure site we have. Like a longbow that gets extra dice when you attack from behind, a ring that increas...

Appropriate rewards for adventures?

What are good treasures/artifacts for rewards at the end of a dungeon? Have people been just making up artifacts? When will we get a list/guide on how they are made? Its possible I overlooked the section but wanted to make sure. How much gold/silver/copper is too much to give?
