Re: Official Errata Rules Book

Ah....gotcha....My mistake. I missed the point that was solely related to attacks triggered by moves. So those would be free Evades, but a normal monster attack, on the monsters turn, would be a regular Evade (ie. you'd need a free action to perform it). I believe this is a normal Evade, so you woul...

I believe this is a normal Evade, so you would need a free action. Tomas, can you chime in on this? Page 43: Clarifies that a monster that gets a free attack performs a monster attack So... does this this attack require an attack roll or do monster attacks hit automatically on these free attacks? Mo...

Re: Errata for published game

Raven's Purge pg. 80 - Description of the Fishing Village, should be "...piers with sheds", not "bridges with sheds". Unless the map illustration is wrong. pg. 87 - Description of Agur Seventh-Cousin, I believe it should be "...they are great customers", not "costu...

Errata for published game

There was an old thread for errata for the Alpha. I haven't seen one for the published game, so starting one here.

The rope started at +1, it should be broken, not reduced to +1.

Re: Can someone explain grimoires please?

How exactly does a player come by a grimoire? The rules in the Players Handbook refer to it as an artifact, but it is not listed as one in the GM's guide. Nor is it anywhere in the gear list in the Player's Handbook. It feels like a late addition to make spellcasting slightly less hazardous but not ...

Re: Sneak Attack

The rules for Sneak Attacks are a little confusing to me. It appears that the farther away you are initially, the easier it is to sneak up on someone. Is this the correct interpretation? The rules state your modifier is based on how close you are, it does not say to modify based on how close you wa...

Re: Too many WP

I'm not familiar with the other games that use the Year Zero system, but do they have anything like Willpower? And if so, how is it managed in those games? In Mutant Year Zero, you gain Mutation Points, which are required to power your mutant abilities. You start each session with a number of Mutat...

multiple PC/NPC's with Lightning Fast talent

If multiple players or NPC's have this talent, who draws first? The rules as written seem to assume only one person having this talent.

Ferrale

The word "Ferrale" is used in a few places, mostly in relation to the Rust Brothers. Is this an honorific they use, like Cardinal or something of that sort?
